We aim to
achieve this collective communal development by inhabiting the town. Gora
kalwaria is at its best location yet few potential chunk of spaces inside the
town is left without proper future planning. The reduction and migration of
population possess great threat to the historic town unless it advances
competing with neighboring towns of the country.
Majorly,
the unused farms along with empty plots which are landlocked inside the habited
space, and the missing connectivity of streets leading to dead end are the
factors that could be adjusted for blooming of the town.
The project
thereby, focuses on taking such plots or vast chunks and modifying them
suitably to the residential oriented requirements and necessities of Gora Kalwaria
in phase wise. We hereby propose a master plan showing up the future scope
lying in the town. We equally value citizen’s interference and hence the we
need your participation for certain decisions like ’what is needed’,
expected proposals, etc. for better integration and collaborating of the
project.
