All though Gora kalwaria is historic town well known for its Jewish heritage and oriented completely towards housing. we would often wonder by spotting a large empty parcel of undeveloped and unused land in the center of the town. This leads to the question of under development in the town and if it could actually be achieved keeping future in mind.

And therefore, our concept is to analyses the parcels of land for its potentiality. In which we arrived with the conclusion to project the land as residential layout adding more connectivity street between two main roads of the town. The project propose / designs in detail a residential layout with a vision of public space at center. This would also increase value of the land owners and the gravity of the town development in other phases
